It is so easy to make chicken thighs in your air fryer! First, pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Drizzle with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Air fry until the internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Extra Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs


Extra Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are super juicy inside with extra crispy seasoned skin. Once you try them, you will never want to cook them any other way!

INGREDIENTS


4 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


INSTRUCTIONS


1. Cut off any excess skin from your chicken thighs. Pat the chicken thighs with paper towels to remove any moisture.

2. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and season both sides of the thighs with the seasoning mixture.

3. Lightly brush your air fryer with olive oil or spray with olive oil spray. Arrange the chicken in the air fryer in a single layer. (Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to prepare them in several batches.)

4. Air fry the chicken thighs at 400 degrees F skin side down for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and continue frying for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
