How To Make Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Making breakfast potatoes in your air fryer is super easy and so yummy. First, cut your potatoes into evenly sized cubes. Toss your potatoes with oil and seasoning, then place them into your air fryer. Air fry for 15-20 minutes, tossing at least once during the cooking time. See below for a detailed ingredient list and instructions.

I recommend using starchy potatoes like russets or Yukon golds for the fluffiest inside and crispiest exterior.
