Breaded chicken wings are super easy to make in your air fryer! First, start with a dozen thawed chicken wings. Pat the fresh chicken wings dry with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Next, combine flour with seasonings and spices and toss the wings in the flour mixture. Finally, spray the wings with olive oil spray and air fry the wings until golden brown and cooked through. See below for a detailed ingredients list and instructions.

ARE AIR-FRIED CHICKEN WINGS HEALTHY?

Cooking chicken wings in an air fryer is definitely healthier than fried chicken wings! The air fryer eliminates deep-frying oil, but still yields amazing crispy wings.

Fully cooked leftover breaded wings last covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

HOW TO REHEAT LEFTOVER CHICKEN WINGS?

Reheat leftover cooked chicken wings in a single layer in your air fryer for 2-3 minutes at 400 degrees F.

WHAT ARE THE TWO KINDS OF CHICKEN WINGS?

A chicken wing is made of two sections that are usually separated before preparing. The two sections are called drums and flats. The drums are the single-bone meaty portion of the wing and the flats are the double-bone flatter section of the wings. Both are equally delicious!

CAN THIS RECIPE BE MADE WITH FROZEN CHICKEN WINGS?

For best results, your wings should be fully thawed when making breaded wings. In order for the flour mixture to adhere to the wings properly, the wings cannot be frozen.
