A Note From My Kitchen
We are a pizza-loving family. I've made lots and lots of different kinds of pizzas over the years. We like to mix things up with creative toppings and crusts to keep things interesting!
We like french bread pizza, pizza bagels, pizza with my fave two-ingredient pizza dough, pizza made with No Rise Pizza Dough, and sometimes we use store-bought dough.
One of my most recent favorite shortcuts for making pizza at home is to use crescent rolls for dough!
Using crescent rolls as pizza crust makes a super soft, super yummy, kid-approved pizza that only takes fifteen minutes to bake. It's a great crust substitute for when you don't have time to make a traditional dough.
I hope you like this easy pizza recipe as much as we do!
Happy cooking,

This post includes ingredient notes, answers to frequently asked questions, serving and storage suggestions, a detailed recipe card, and nutrition data.
Ingredients
- crescent roll dough sheet: A dough sheet reduces seam work, but the perforated crescent roll dough also works if the seams are pinched closed.
- pizza sauce: You can use jarred sauce, but I suggest using homemade pizza sauce.
- shredded mozzarella cheese: Pre-shredded or freshly shredded mozzarella both work, and low-moisture mozzarella is a reliable choice for pizza.
- pepperoni: Use standard sliced pepperoni or swap with mini pepperoni.
- parmesan cheese and dried oregano: These are optional toppings, so they can be omitted or replaced with another dried herb you keep on hand.
