HOW TO MAKE GREEK WAFFLE FRIES

Greek Waffle Fries are super easy to make! First, you bake a bag of frozen waffle fries according to the instructions on the package they came in. After the fries are done cooking, they are topped with crumbled feta cheese, chopped tomatoes, pepperoncini, red onion, and a homemade Greek dressing. That's it! Then, all you have to do is dig in and enjoy! See below for a detailed ingredients list and instructions.

DO I HAVE TO USE WAFFLE FRIES?

Technically, you don't have to use waffle fries for this recipe, but they really work well to hold the toppings. If you don't have waffle fries, I suggest using steak cut fries or potato wedges that have a larger surface area for toppings than crinkle or shoestring fries.

CAN I USE BOTTLED GREEK DRESSING?

This recipe includes instructions to make a simple homemade Greek dressing that is really super flavorful and yummy. If you can, I highly suggest using the recipe below! If you have to use bottled dressing, it will work in a pinch, but won't be as fresh and delicious as homemade.

CAN GREEK FRIES BE REHEATED?

Greek fries are best eaten fresh from the oven. For this recipe, the feta, tomatoes, and pepperoncini are best not reheated.
