This granola has just the right amount of sweetness and lots of peanut flavor. It also has just the right amount of clumping and is not break a tooth crunchy.

HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE GRANOLA

Homemade granola is easy to make at home. First, Peanut Butter is melted and combined with canola oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract. That mixture is combined with rolled oats and chopped peanuts. The oat mixture is spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and is baked for 30 minutes at 325 degrees F.  See below for a detailed ingredients list and instructions.

CAN I USE QUICK OATS?

If you want to use quick oats for this recipe, I suggest only substituting up to half of the rolled oats with quick oats.
