Sunday dinner is my favorite meal of the week.  My husband works Monday through Friday and sometimes Saturdays, too.  Sunday is always our no-stress day where we can focus on family time.  Relaxed family dinners are a must on Sundays!  Gathering with family and friends over a table of good food not only makes memories but it's good for the soul.

A great way to ensure you don't miss out on that precious time with family and friends is #BertolliSundaySupper!  You can sign up for weekly Sunday Supper inspiration like I did!  Bertolli® Sunday Supper includes new recipes, DIY crafts, and cooking tips & tricks from my friends at Bertolli (via convenient calendar reminders which I love)!

Bertolli Sunday Supper inspired me to try this Oven-Baked Pennoni and Cheese using the New Bertolli® Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower & Milk.

You heard that right, Alfredo Sauce made with cauliflower!  It was so creamy, rich, and delicious but with half the fat and calories in traditional Alfredo Sauce.  It's almost too good to be true.  I assure you, though, this new sauce is the real deal!  It's PERFECT for a luscious baked alfredo casserole.

This dish is a twist on classic baked macaroni and cheese and my family really enjoyed it. It is full of melty mozzarella cheese and gets its richness from the ricotta and that amazing Creamy Alfredo Sauce with Cauliflower and Milk.

HOW TO MAKE BAKED ALFREDO PENNONI & CHEESE

Baked Alfredo Pennoni and Cheese is made by combining cooked penne pasta, ricotta cheese, fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, an egg, and the best Alfredo sauce. The pasta mixture is topped with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs before being baked in the oven until it is golden and bubbly.
