This was an amazing twist on broccoli with the addition of cheese and onion. I did use a ricer to extract the water from the broccoli which made it easier for me. I rarely try new recipes more than once or twice just to keep the family guessing what is next. Everyone loved it, so this is a keeper. I also put in oregano, some parmesan cheese and used shredded mozzarella. I really dried the broccoli well and I used a regular muffin tin. I cooked for 25 minutes at 400<br /> Tasted great but they were really hard to get out of the pan even though I greased them. I tried every utensil I could think of but they still broke up a bit. I think next time I would use a 9x12 pan and line with parchment paper and cut into squares.
