Can we talk about cauliflower for a minute?  Cauliflower is yummy.  Yep, that's all I want to say about it.  Nothing earth-shattering or monumental.  I just want to say that cauliflower is so darn good.

If you're here visiting this recipe, you probably already love cauliflower as much as I do.  Or maybe you're on the fence about it, but you're ready to give it the old college try.  Either way, this is the recipe for you if you are looking for a no-fail, delicious way to prepare cauliflower.

Mashed cauliflower is creamy, dreamy, and oh so tasty!  If you haven't tried cauliflower mashed before, you will be so surprised by the rich, silky texture.  Throw in some cheese and butter and it is sinfully delicious...without the sin!  I know you're going to love it as much as my family does!

HOW TO MAKE MASHED CAULIFLOWER

Mashed cauliflower is made by pureeing cooked cauliflower with cream cheese, butter, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  The result is super smooth, creamy, and delicious!

DOES MASHED CAULIFLOWER TASTE LIKE MASHED POTATOES?

Mashed cauliflower has a slightly thinner texture than mashed potatoes, but has a similar neutral flavor.  Both are creamy and can be flavored with butter and cheese.  Mashed cauliflower can be substituted for mashed potatoes in almost any recipe, but there is a bit of a taste difference.  Both are delicious!

HOW TO STORE MASHED CAULIFLOWER

Asiago Mashed Cauliflower can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.  You can also freeze this cauliflower without compromising the taste and texture.
